CGuard Now Integrates with Nodeware: More Value for MSPs Running Both Platforms

MSPs are managing more tools than ever. Threat detection in one platform. Vulnerability data in another. Endpoint visibility somewhere else. The promise of a unified security operation is real, but for a lot of MSPs, the day-to-day reality is still a lot of tab-switching.

One combination we kept seeing: MSPs running Nodeware for vulnerability management alongside Seceon CGuard for threat detection and response. Two strong platforms, but no connection between them. A vulnerability flagged in Nodeware had to be manually correlated with activity in CGuard. That’s friction, and in security, friction costs time.

So we built the connector.

“CGuard is built to be the place where an MSP’s security picture comes together: threat detection, response, and now vulnerability intelligence from a best-in-class platform like Nodeware. MSPs shouldn’t have to work across disconnected tools to understand their clients’ risk. By integrating Nodeware into CGuard, we’re giving mutual customers a more complete view of their environment and a faster path from insight to action. That’s the kind of value we’re always looking to add for our partners.”

What the Integration Does

If you’re already a Nodeware customer, you can now connect your Nodeware account to Seceon CGuard. Once connected, Nodeware’s continuous vulnerability and asset discovery data flows automatically into CGuard alongside your other security signals: firewall, endpoint, identity, and cloud.

What that means in practice:

  • Newly discovered devices and rogue assets flagged by Nodeware appear directly in CGuard
  • CVE-level vulnerability findings on existing hosts surface in real time
  • Asset state changes: devices going offline, configuration changes are visible in one console
  • Nodeware’s severity ratings map directly to CGuard threat indicators, so critical findings get analyst attention immediately
  • Each alert links back to the original Nodeware finding for remediation context with one click

Because Nodeware data is normalized into CGuard’s security schema, it’s automatically correlated with active behavioral threat signals. A vulnerability detected on a host by Nodeware can be linked in real time to suspicious activity on that same device — turning two separate alerts into one prioritized incident. That’s the difference between having data and having context.

Why It Matters for MSPs

Nodeware delivers AI-driven continuous threat exposure and vulnerability management that empowers MSPs to strengthen security, reduce risk, and gain deeper visibility into their clients’ environments. CGuard brings AI-powered threat detection and automated response. Together, MSPs can identify, prioritize, and remediate threats with greater speed and accuracy — without having to leave either platform to get the full picture.

Andrew Hoyen, CEO of Nodeware and President of IGI Cybersecurity, put it well:

“As threats evolve, partners need tools that work together seamlessly, not in silos, and not something that is a ‘one-size fits all’ approach. Integrating Nodeware’s vulnerability and threat insights into CGuard gives MSPs a clearer path to reducing risk and delivering higher-value security outcomes.”

— Andrew Hoyen, CEO of Nodeware and President of IGI Cybersecurity

Nodeware tells you what’s vulnerable. Seceon tells you what’s being attacked. For MSPs running both, the integration closes the gap between those two data streams and that makes for a meaningfully stronger security operation.

Getting Started

The Nodeware integration is available now in Seceon CGuard. If you’re a current CGuard customer and also use Nodeware, reach out to your Seceon account team to enable the connector. If you’re new to either platform, you can learn more at seceon.com or nodeware.com.
